Short answer: Absolutely!
If you’re selling products that appear as separate listings on Shopify, but they all correspond to the same Zendrop product you can link them together without any trouble. Whether you created the listings yourself or Zendrop pushed them to your store, connecting them is simple and keeps your fulfillment running smoothly.
Below are all the ways to do it.
Link Multiple Existing Shopify Listings to One Zendrop Product
If you already have several listings in your Shopify store, you can manually connect each one to the same Zendrop product.
Here’s how:
Go to My Products - Store Listings & Sourcing on your Zendrop dashboard.
Locate the Shopify product you want to connect.
On the right side of the product, click Link or Source.
A pop-up window will appear. Search for the correct Zendrop product by name or product ID.
Click the Zendrop product to begin linking.
If the item has multiple variants, link each variant individually in the pop-up.
Once everything is mapped correctly, click Confirm.
Repeat this process for every Shopify product you want to connect to that same Zendrop product.
Create Multiple Shopify Listings from One Zendrop Product
If you're starting from Zendrop and want multiple Shopify listings for the same item (great for different angles, niche stores, bundles, etc.), here’s the easiest method:
Go to Find Products on Zendrop.
Search for the product you want.
Click Add to My Products.
From the next window, click Publish to My Store.
Once published, the product will appear in your Shopify - Products tab.
Now:
Open the product in Shopify.
Click Duplicate.
Save your new listing under any title or collection you prefer.
Good news:
Duplicating a Zendrop-linked product in Shopify does NOT break the connection. Each duplicated listing remains synced to the same Zendrop product automatically.
Listing Different Variants as Separate Products on Shopify
If you want each variant to appear as its own product (e.g., each color or size listed individually), you can do that too.
Publish the product from Zendrop to Shopify as usual.
In Shopify, duplicate that product.
Edit the duplicate so it includes only the variant(s) you want for that specific listing.
Save.
Each variant you keep will remain linked to the original Zendrop product.
Your customer can order any of the separated variants, and Zendrop will fulfill them normally.
Important Notes
You can only link variants that actually exist on Zendrop.
If your Shopify listing includes custom variants (extra colors, sizes, or special options not found on Zendrop), those cannot be directly linked.
However, if you receive an order for a variant we don’t yet have, our team can source it for you, just let the sale come in.
