Please note that your order number is different from your tracking number:
Order Number – Identifies the order inside Zendrop
Tracking Number – Tracks the shipment through the shipping carrier
How to Find Your Order Number
Follow these steps to locate your Zendrop order number:
Log in to your Zendrop account.
Click Orders from the left-side navigation menu.
Locate the order you want to review from your order list.
Open the order details page.
Your Zendrop order number will be displayed within the order details.
What Your Order Number Looks Like
Zendrop order numbers may appear in different formats depending on the order type:
Standard Orders
Standard orders typically use a four-digit numeric format.
Example: 1001
Sample Orders
Sample orders begin with "SO" followed by numbers.
Example: SO-11234567890
Important Reminder
Do not confuse your order number with your tracking number.
Tracking numbers are displayed separately in the order details and are connected to the shipping carrier’s tracking page. These numbers are used only for shipment tracking and cannot be used as Zendrop order references.
