The Zendrop Community is available on the Plus and usage-based plans.

Peer answers — Stuck on ads or suppliers? Other sellers have likely solved it. For help with your Zendrop account, orders, or other support-related questions, visit the Support Center.
How to join
Log in to your Zendrop account.
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Community.
Select Join the community on Discord.
You'll be taken to Discord. Log in with your Discord credentials, or register for a free account if you don't have one.
On the authorization screen, review the permissions and select Authorize to connect your Discord account to Zendrop Academy.
You'll be redirected back to app.zendrop.com once authorized and added to the server.
You don't need to download Discord. Selecting Join the community on Discord opens it directly in your browser.
After Linking Your Discord Account
After you authorize Discord, you may be sent back to the Zendrop dashboard. This means the setup was successful.
To access the community:
Open Discord on your computer or tablet using the Discord app or discord.com.
Log in with the same Discord account you used to connect to Zendrop.
The Zendrop community server should appear in your Discord account.
Coming soon: We’re working on a UI improvement that will automatically open the Zendrop community server after you complete the linking process.
Troubleshooting
"You don't have permission" or you can't send messages: Make sure you're logged in to Discord with the same account you linked to Zendrop. Then go back to Community in your dashboard and link your Discord account again, which refreshes your access. Your plan must include Community. If you've tried all the steps above and are still experiencing the same issue, please ask to be transferred to our Customer Success team for further assistance.
Discord shows a restriction message right after you join: This comes from Discord, not Zendrop. It often affects brand-new or unverified Discord accounts. Verify your email address in Discord, wait a few minutes, then try again.
The Zendrop server doesn't appear: Refresh Discord or log out and back in. If it's still missing, link your account again from Community.
Still blocked? Contact support through the in-app chat with your Discord username.

Do I need to download Discord?
No. The Community page links directly to Discord in your browser. No download needed.
Do I need a Discord account?
Yes. You'll need to log in or create a free Discord account to join. When prompted, select Authorize to give Zendrop Academy access to add you to the server.
Is the community part of the Zendrop dashboard?
Community is available in your Zendrop dashboard under the left-hand navigation menu, but the community itself lives on Discord.
Can I ask other sellers for advice?
Yes. The community is built for exactly that, products, stores, ads, suppliers. Ask away.
