Getting Started With Zendrop

A step-by-step guide to setting up your Zendrop account, connecting your store, importing products, and fulfilling your first order.

From zero to live store — this guide covers every step. Follow them in order and you'll be selling faster than you think.

Step 1: Create your Zendrop account

Go to Zendrop.com and sign up with your name, email, and password. Start on the free plan — you can upgrade any time as your store grows.

Step 2: Connect your store

Zendrop connects with Shopify, Wix, TikTok Shop (U.S.), and ClickFunnels. From your dashboard, click Connect Store and select your platform.

Shopify and Wix users have a few options:

Step 3: Choose your plan

Zendrop has a free plan to get you started. Paid plans unlock faster fulfillment, private labeling, branded packaging, and Zendrop Academy. Pick what fits where you are now, you can always upgrade.

Step 4: Import your first product

Browse Zendrop's catalog and pick a product to sell. During onboarding, choose your store's niche to get 12 curated winning products, or select "Not Sure Yet" for top-sellers across all categories. Zendrop imports them to your store automatically.

Step 5: Set your pricing and go live

Price your product above the wholesale cost, that margin is your profit. Publish it and your store is open for business.

Step 6: Fulfill your first order

When a customer orders, it syncs to your Zendrop dashboard. Click Fulfill, or turn on auto-fulfillment to skip that step entirely. Pay the wholesale cost and Zendrop ships straight to your customer. Tracking updates push back to your store automatically.

What's next

Once you're live, here's what to explore next:

  • Zendrop Academy — courses on finding winning products and scaling your store.

  • Product Sourcing — request custom products that aren't in the catalog yet.

  • Branded packaging and private labeling — for high-volume sellers ready to build a brand customers actually remember.

  • Print on Demand (POD) — sell custom-designed products without holding inventory. Great for building a differentiated brand.

  • Thank you cards — add a personal touch to every order with graded thank you cards that ship with your products.

You're set up. Now go find your first winning product and launch.
