Here is the step-by-step setup process:
Log in to your Zendrop account.
Click the "Branding" button in the left-hand navigation panel.
Choose "Classic" or "Custom".
Customize your thank you card.
Click the "Save" button when you're finished.
Toggle "Branding" to "On".
Make sure you use the slider to choose "Classic" or "Custom".
Quick Tip: To successfully upload your custom Thank You card, make sure it’s in a supported format (JPG or PNG) and within the suggested size of 1200 x 840 pixels. Ensure that the uploaded card design meets high-quality standards to maintain a professional presentation.
Once branding is enabled, every order fulfilled from that point on includes your thank-you card automatically.
