Information about the orders page.

Here's how to navigate the Orders page and use its key features.

  1. Log in to your Zendrop account.

  2. Click on the Orders tab from the left menu.

Credit Balance:

  • Your credit balance is visible at the top right of your Zendrop account.

  • These credits are included as a bonus in Zendrop's Plus plan and other promotions.

  • You can also top up your credits using PayPal or a credit card.

  • Click on the Top-Up option to increase your credit balance.

  • You can learn more about Zendrop Order Credits here.

Branding:

  • Create a custom Thank You Card for your brand.

  • When enabled, all future orders will include your thank-you card.

  • This feature is supported on paid plans.

Auto Fulfillment:

  • Enable Auto Fulfillment by selecting the dropdown arrow.

  • Auto-Fulfillment: Automates order fulfillment and charges the payment method on file.

  • Daily Fulfillment: Batches orders daily at 7 PM EST, with an option to delay by 24 hours.

Filtering Orders:

  • All: Displays all your orders by default.

  • Unpaid: Filters orders for which Zendrop hasn't collected payment.

  • Link or Source: Filters orders with items not connected to Zendrop. You can link them or request a quote from Zendrop’s team.

  • Issues: Filter orders needing additional action, like missing shipping addresses or unlinked products.

Order Stats and Downloads:

Important Note:

You can also download your orders directly from the Billing page.

Additional Filters:

Multi-Unit Discounts:

  • If the product is eligible for multiple unit discounts, the discount will be automatically applied to multiple units in the same order during fulfillment.

  • You can view the total discount in the summary after clicking the "Fulfill Order" button.

Bulk Fulfillment:

  • Each order has a checkbox that you can select. Each selected box counts toward the orders you're fulfilling in bulk.

  • Clicking the checkbox at the top will select all orders on the current page.

  • Click "Bulk Fulfill" to fulfill all selected orders at once.

Use the Orders page filters to stay on top of anything that needs action. The Issues filter is the quickest way to spot and fix problems before they affect fulfillment.
