Custom thank-you cards ship inside every order — your brand is the first thing customers see when they open their package. Watch the video above or follow the steps below.
To set up your thank-you card:
Log in to your Zendrop account.
Click the "Branding" button in the left-hand navigation panel.
Choose "Classic" or "Custom".
Customize your thank you card.
Click the "Save" button when you're finished.
Toggle "Branding" to "On".
Quick Tip: To successfully upload your custom Thank You card, make sure it’s in a supported format (JPG or PNG) and within the suggested size of 1200 x 840 pixels. Ensure that the uploaded card design meets high-quality standards to maintain a professional presentation.
Once branding is enabled, every order fulfilled from that point on includes your thank-you card automatically.
