Product Import FAQ: Your Questions Answered

Answers to the most common questions about importing products from Zendrop into your store, from finding the import button to bulk imports, pricing, errors, and more.

Importing products from Zendrop into your store should be straightforward, but a few questions come up again and again. Here are the answers.

Where's the import button?

Head to the Find Products tab in your Zendrop dashboard. Once you've found a product you want to sell, click Add to My Products. From there, click Publish to My Store on the item. You can then customize the listing and click Publish to My Store again to send it to your store.

My products aren't showing up in my store after import, what's wrong?

If a product shows Added to Store in Zendrop but hasn't appeared in your store after 30 minutes, it may be a sync issue. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your store inside Zendrop.

If the product is still missing after reconnecting, contact Support and include a screenshot showing the product status so the team can investigate further.

For Wix stores, products can take up to an hour to fully migrate after publishing. If they still aren't showing after that time, reconnect your store and try republishing.

Where do I find product pricing and shipping costs?

On the product listing page in Zendrop, you'll see the base unit cost. Shipping fees are listed separately and vary by destination country.

The total landed cost, what you'll actually pay per order, is the base product price plus the applicable shipping cost. You can view both on the product detail page before publishing the product.

Once a product is imported, you set the retail price in your store.

Why do products show different pricing once they're in my store?

The price shown in Zendrop is your product cost, the amount Zendrop charges you to fulfill the order.

The price in your store is the retail price your customers pay, which you set yourself. The difference between your retail price and your product and shipping costs determines your profit margin.

Can I import the same product twice?

No. Zendrop prevents duplicate imports automatically. If you try to add a product you've already imported, it won't create a second copy.

However, once a product is imported, you can duplicate the listing directly in your store and list it multiple times, for example, to target different audiences or use different product names.

The duplication happens in your store (Shopify, Wix, etc.), not in Zendrop.

Can I bulk-import all products at once?

Zendrop has an Import Everything option for Trending Products Collections.

For other products, you can add multiple products to your import list, but they must be added one at a time. Once they’ve been added, you can publish them to your store in batches.

A rate limit applies: you can import up to 100 products per hour. If you reach the limit, wait until the next hour before continuing.

How many products can I import, are there plan limits?

The number of products you can import depends on your Zendrop plan. Free plans have a lower product limit; paid plans (Plus and above) allow significantly more. Check the Zendrop Plans: Pricing and Features article for the exact limits by plan tier.

My store shows as "not found" when I try to import, what's happening?

A "Store not found or is not active" error usually means Zendrop has lost its connection to your store, even if the store still appears as connected in your dashboard.

To resolve this:

  1. Disconnect your store in Zendrop.

  2. Reconnect your store.

  3. Re-authorize Zendrop when prompted.

  4. Try importing the product again.

If the error persists, contact Support and include a screenshot of the error so the team can investigate further.

How do I import products for a specific country or language?

To sell to customers in a specific country, make sure the appropriate shipping country is selected in your store connection or sourcing settings.

We recommend keeping the product text in English during the import process, as changing the language during import can sometimes cause errors. You can translate product titles and descriptions directly in your store after publishing.

If you're importing products for markets such as Italy or Brazil and encounter an error, first check that the product ships to that country. Not all products are available in every region.

Can I export my product data to a CSV or spreadsheet?

You can use your store platform's export tools to download your product data.

Both Shopify and Wix allow you to export product listings from their admin panels, including products you've imported from Zendrop.

Got your products imported? Head to your store dashboard and set your pricing, that's where your margin gets made.
