Zendrop supports payment via credit or debit card or by linking your bank account. Plans are available on both monthly and annual billing options. PayPal and other payment methods are on the horizon, but aren't available yet.
Two billing models: Zendrop has two billing models. Standard Plans (Free, Pro, Plus) are flat monthly or annual rates billed directly through Zendrop available to users who joined before the switch to Usage-Based Billing. Usage-Based Billing (UBB) is billed through Shopify or Wix and charges based on the peak number of products linked during your billing cycle. Not sure which model you're on? 3. Usage-Based Billing Plan
Cost: Based on product usage and/or selected tier commitment
Free Plan – $0/month (no commitment + no product usage during the billing cycle). You can browse the catalog, but you can't import products or process orders.
Beginner Plan – $29/month (Tier 1 or peak usage of 1–20 linked products)
Pro Plan – $49/month (peak usage of 21–100 linked products) (UBB tier, billed through Shopify or Wix)
Plus Plan – $79/month (peak usage of 101 or more linked products, capped) (UBB tier, billed through Shopify or Wix)
Features: Full access to all Zendrop features, with billing determined by your selected tier commitment and/or the highest number of products linked during a billing cycle.
Examples of features include: Zendrop Academy, Weekly coaching calls, Product sourcing, Automated Fulfillment, Chargeback management, Private product listings, and a Trending product finder.
Monthly billing with no long-term commitments.
Best For: Businesses of any size that want a flexible, pay-as-you-grow model with optional tier commitment for predictable billing.
Free trial: Zendrop offers a free trial when you sign up. Trial length depends on your plan and any active promotions. To see your exact trial end date, go to the Billing page in your Zendrop dashboard.
Important Billing Details:
There are two scenarios where a user may have 0 products currently linked and still receive a charge:
Tier Commitment
Users can choose to commit to a minimum billing tier (e.g., $29/month). This works similarly to a subscription plan regardless of usage, the selected tier will be charged each billing cycle.Peak Usage During the Billing Cycle
Billing is based on the highest number of products linked at any point during the billing cycle, not the number of products linked at the time of invoicing.
Example:
• Day 1: User links 25 products
• Day 15: User unlinks all products
• Billing Day: User has 0 products linked
The user will still be billed at the 21–100 product tier ($49) because they utilized that level during the cycle.
Free trial period: During the free trial, you can unlink products and adjust tiers without being locked into peak usage. After the trial ends, peak usage is fixed for the remainder of the billing cycle.
When is "$0/month" applicable?
A user will only remain on the free tier if all of the following are true:
• No tier commitment has been selected
• No products have been linked at any point during the current billing cycle
If either condition is not met, charges may apply even if 0 products are currently linked.
