Managing your subscription and keeping track of charges is important for maintaining accurate financial records. Below are the details on how you can find and access your subscription invoices depending on how your account is billed.
Usage-Based Billing Through Shopify
If your Zendrop subscription is managed through Shopify (usage-based billing), you will receive your subscription invoices via the email address registered with Shopify. In addition, you can also access your invoices directly through your Shopify Billing Page. Here’s how:
Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Navigate to Settings (located in the bottom-left corner of the admin dashboard).
Click on Billing from the Settings menu.
Under the Past bills section, locate the bill you’d like to review.
Click on the desired bill to view its details.
Select Export bill or Download to save a copy of the invoice for your records.
Through Shopify, you can also view your current billing cycle, past bills, and a complete billing history.
Pro Tip: Always keep copies of your invoices for proper record-keeping and to make managing your finances easier.
Subscription Directly Through Zendrop
If you are subscribed directly to Zendrop (Pro or Plus plan), you can request a copy of your subscription invoice from our Customer Experience team.
To request an invoice, simply provide the date or month you need, and our team will generate and send it to you.
