Overview of the Usage-Based Billing (UBB) Plan
Zendrop’s UBB plan allows you to pay only for the number of products linked to your Shopify store. The plan is structured as follows:
Free: 0 linked products (A paid plan is required to fully access Zendrop)
$29 USD/month: 1-20 linked products
$49 USD/month: 21-100 linked products
$79 USD/month: 101 or more linked products (capped)
Charges are processed through Shopify’s billing system, and the subscription provides access to all Zendrop features regardless of the number of linked products. If no products are linked, there is no charge, and you remain on a free tier.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your Zendrop usage-based billing subscription and stop future charges, follow these steps:
Uninstall the Zendrop App via Shopify
Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.
Navigate to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Find the Zendrop - Dropshipping & POD app.
Click the ellipsis (

) button next to the app and select Uninstall.Confirm the uninstallation by clicking Uninstall.
Note: Simply uninstalling the app will stop future charges from Zendrop, but you may still receive an invoice for any unpaid balance within the Shopify billing cycle. Unlink Products to Avoid Charges
Alternatively, you can unlink all products associated with Zendrop in your Shopify store. Without linked products, no charges will be incurred, and you can continue using Zendrop features like Zendrop Academy and product sourcing at no cost.
Billing Policies and Refunds
Trial Users: If you disconnect your store during the 3-day risk-free trial period, you won’t be charged for the monthly plan.
Unlinked Products: You will not be billed if you have no products linked at the time billing is processed. This makes it possible to continue using the free plan indefinitely.
Refund Policy: Zendrop offers refunds for charges within 5 days of the charge, upon request.
FAQs
1. Can I keep my Zendrop account open without being charged?
Yes, as long as no products are linked to Zendrop, you won’t incur any charges. You can still access features like live coaching, Zendrop Academy, and trending product lists.
2. What if I uninstall the app but still receive a charge?
Shopify may still process an open invoice if it was generated before you uninstalled the app. In such cases, Zendrop can issue a full refund upon request as long as it falls within the 5-day policy.
