Overview of Usage-Based Billing
Zendrop's UBB plan adjusts charges dynamically based on the number of products linked to your account. This ensures that you only pay for what you use. The billing tiers are as follows:
Free Plan: 0 linked products.
$29/month: 1–20 linked products.
$49/month: 21–100 linked products.
$79/month (capped): 101 or more linked products.
Actions After the Trial Period Ends
When your 3-day free trial ends, your account will transition to the UBB plan. Here’s what happens:
If no products are linked to Zendrop, your account will automatically move to the free plan. You can still log in, view your dashboard, and check the status of your product sourcing requests.
If products are linked, charges will be applied based on the number of linked products at the time of billing.

Managing Your UBB Plan
You have two main options for managing your UBB plan:
Option A: Stay on the Free Plan
Unlink all products from Zendrop to avoid charges.
Navigate to the "My Products and Store Listing and Sourcing" section on Zendrop and click the 'Unlink' button: How to Link & Unlink Products.
You will retain access to Zendrop Academy training content, weekly live coaching calls, and the ability to source products without additional charges.
Option B: Cancel the Plan Entirely
