Zendrop's plans have changed over time, so you may see a plan name or price that's different from what's offered today. That's expected. Your price was set by the plan and offer available when you subscribed, and it stays the same unless you change plans.
To see your exact plan, price, and next billing date, go to your profile menu → Billing in Zendrop.
Step 1: Find out how you're billed
The quickest way to know which section applies to you is to look at where your Zendrop charge shows up.

Starter and Plus (current plans)
Starter and Plus are flat monthly plans for stores that install Zendrop from the Shopify App Store. Both start with a free 3-day trial, and charges appear on your Shopify bill.

You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
Pay As You Go (formerly Flex Plan / Usage-Based Billing)
With Pay As You Go, your monthly charge is based on the highest number of products you had linked at any point during the billing cycle. Charges appear on your Shopify or Wix bill.
New Shopify App Store installs can still choose Pay As You Go: under the plan cards, select Prefer to pay as you go? Approve on Shopify.

Why your price may differ from someone else's: each tier's price depends on the offer that was active when you signed up. Two stores in the same tier can pay different amounts, and both are correct. Your rate is shown on your Billing page and on your Shopify or Wix invoice.
Three things to know about Pay As You Go:
Peak usage locks in. If you link 25 products on day 1 and unlink them on day 15, you're still billed for 25 that cycle. Changes count from the next cycle.
A minimum tier may apply. If you chose a minimum tier at signup, you're charged at least that tier even with 0 products linked. See What does "Don't downgrade me below this plan" mean?
To stop all charges, unlink every product, remove any minimum tier, and uninstall Zendrop before your next billing cycle starts.

Standard plans (legacy)
Standard plans are billed directly by Zendrop to your card or bank account, monthly or annually. They're no longer open to new signups. If you're on one, you keep your plan and your original price as long as your subscription stays active.

The Private Agent Program is invite-only for high-volume sellers. It includes everything in Plus, along with Zendrop's best product pricing, shipping from the US, a dedicated support team, and custom packaging. Connect all your stores to Zendrop, then contact us to see if you qualify.

FAQs
Why am I paying a different price than what's shown today? Your price was locked in by the plan and offer active when you subscribed. Prices for new signups don't change what you pay.
Why does someone else pay less for the same number of products? On Pay As You Go, the price per tier depends on the offer each store signed up under. Both prices are correct for those accounts.
Is Flex the same as Pay As You Go? Yes. Flex Plan and Usage-Based Billing (UBB) are older names for Pay As You Go. Nothing about how you're billed changed with the new name.
How long is the free trial? Starter and Plus include a 3-day free trial. For other plans, your trial end date is on your Billing page.
