Upgrading your subscription plan is easy and can be done at any time. If you’re on a Zendrop Standard plan (Pro or Plus), follow the instructions below to change your subscription. To update your plan:
Click on the user profile drop-down menu.
Select Billing.
Scroll down to your current plan.
Click the pencil icon next to your current plan.
💡 If you're on the Usage-Based Billing plan, just click the profile dropdown and select Billing to view your plan.
You will be redirected to the pricing plan page where you can compare different plans.
Click on your preferred plan to upgrade.
We recommend the yearly plan for a discounted rate of 42%.
The Plus Plan is the best option as it is rich in features.
Select your preferred plan.
A pop-up will appear to confirm your upgrade.
Your default payment method will be charged for the upgrade.
When upgrading from a smaller paid plan, you will be charged the difference between the smaller plan and the new plan, calculated based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.
If you are a high-volume seller, scroll down to the pricing plan page and click on the "Contact Sales" option!
