The most important thing to understand about account deactivations (this is a common misconception that our users have) is that they do not cancel your subscription. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so right within your account via the Billing page. Click the 3 dots then click Edit.
Finally, click the Downgrade button.
If you have any trouble with downgrading your subscription, you can use the messenger in-app to request assistance with that. User facing account deactivations are in our backlog, and will be added at a later date, but if you want your account to be fully closed, simply use the messenger in-app and request that your account be deactivated. Our Customer Success team will deactivate your account as soon as they can.
