Standard Plan Billing and Refunds

Everything you need to know about Zendrop's standard subscription plans.

Zendrop's Standard Plans are flat-rate subscriptions billed directly through Zendrop via Stripe. Your charge is fixed each billing cycle , it doesn't change based on how many products you link, orders you place, or how actively you use the platform.

Standard Plan users only. This article covers Pro and Plus plans billed directly through Zendrop. If your subscription is billed through Shopify or Wix, you're on the Usage-Based Billing (UBB) plan, the billing rules are different. Not sure which model you're on? Check your current plan here.

Both plans include unlimited orders, automated fulfillment, custom branding, product sourcing, and US products. The Plus plan adds live weekly coaching calls, Zendrop Academy, print on demand, chargeback management, private product listings, and the trending product finder.

How Billing Works

Charges are processed via Zendrop's payment provider and appear on your credit or debit card, not in Shopify. Your subscription renews automatically each month or year on the same date.

Standard Plan charges are not based on linked products, fulfilled orders, or platform activity. If you see a charge and haven't placed a single order, that's expected, the flat fee applies regardless.

Free Trial

A free trial is not automatically included with Standard Plans. Whether one applies to your account depends on the promotional offer you subscribed through. To check, go to Billing in your Zendrop dashboard and look for your trial end date.

How to Cancel or Downgrade

To stop future charges, downgrade your plan to Free from inside Zendrop:

  1. Log in to your Zendrop account.

  2. Go to Billing Settings.

  3. Select Downgrade to Free Plan and confirm.

Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will apply after that.

Important: Unlinking products from Shopify or uninstalling the Zendrop app does NOT cancel a Standard Plan subscription. You must downgrade from Billing Settings inside your Zendrop account.

Refund Policy

Zendrop's 5-day refund window applies to both monthly and annual Standard Plan charges. To be eligible:

  • Submit your request within 5 days of the charge date. The window opens the day after payment posts.

  • All outstanding invoices must be cleared.

  • Order credits must not have been used during the billing cycle.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your request falls outside the 5-day window, Zendrop can't issue a refund, but your subscription will be cancelled to stop future charges.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Downgrade your subscription to Free in Billing Settings.

  2. Contact Zendrop Support within 5 days of the charge. Include your account email, the charge amount, and the charge date, taken from your Zendrop billing page, not your bank statement.

  3. Wait for review. If approved, funds arrive within 5–10 business days.
