My Tracking Number Isn't Working

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Sometimes when you look up a tracking code on a tracking site (like 17track.net or parcelsapp.com), the correct carrier is not automatically detected by the tracking site. This can lead to the tracking code you're looking at not showing any updates.

Most times, this issue can be resolved by manually selecting the correct carrier. We're going to show you the most common carriers we use, along with how to manually select the correct carrier on a popular tracking site, 17track.net, so you can get your customers their detailed tracking information.

Resolving Tracking Information Gaps

When no tracking information is available or there are gaps in updates, the issue might stem from standard shipping processes.

  • Freight forwarder updates: Some couriers only update tracking once the package reaches certain transit points, causing temporary information gaps.

  • Recent shipment gaps: If tracking shows no updates after shipping, wait for 1–2 business days for the system to update.

  • Next steps for prolonged gaps: Contact Zendrop support directly to investigate further if tracking remains unavailable.

Contacting Zendrop’s support team is advisable under the following circumstances:

  • The tracking number provided appears to be incorrect.

  • Issues accessing order details on the Zendrop platform arise.
