How to Use Product Override
Follow these step-by-step instructions to easily replace a product with a Zendrop-sourced one:
Log in to Your Zendrop Account
Start by signing in to your Zendrop dashboard.
Search for the Product You Want to Sell
Use the search bar to find your desired product from Zendrop’s catalog.
Add the Product to Your Products
Once you’ve found the product, click Add to My Products.
Go to “My Products”
From the left-hand menu, select My Products to view your added products.Access the Override Option
Locate the product you want to switch to and click the three dots on the right-hand side.
Select Override.
Select the Existing Product to Replace
Choose the product from your Shopify store that you’d like to swap out.
Match Variants
Pair the product variants from Zendrop with your existing Shopify product variants to ensure accurate fulfillment.
Click “Override”
Confirm your selection by clicking Override.
If you encounter issues while matching variants, ensure that your Shopify variant align with those in Zendrop. For situations with mismatched variants due to a single Zendrop variant, consider creating duplicate Shopify listings or reevaluating product structures.
Ensure product variants (e.g., size, color) in Zendrop are correctly matched with your Shopify product variants to prevent errors during fulfillment.
