1. Open the In-App Messenger
Locate the messenger in your Zendrop app.
Click on the “Ask a Question” option.
2. Choose a Category
You’ll see categories like Account, Orders, Products, Integrations, and more.
Select the category that matches your inquiry.
3. Dive Deeper
After selecting a category, explore specific topics.
For example, under Orders, you’ll find:
Fulfillment
Processing & Shipping
Tracking
Reship My Order
Cancel My Order
Click on the topic you’re interested in, and Zenbot will provide detailed guidance.
4. Made a Mistake? No Problem!
If you’ve chosen the wrong option, click the “Start Over” button to go back and make a new selection.
Other Functions
Messages
All of your messages will be found under this tab. This includes open conversations, closed conversations, etc.
Tickets
If you have any tickets, all open and closed tickets will appear here. If you do not have any tickets, this tab will not exist. Tickets are created only when our Logistics team needs to contact you for additional information about an order or assistance with product sourcing.
