Locating & Opening the In-App Messenger

Starting a chat with Zendrop's 24/7 Customer Success team is quick and easy. All you need to do is click the widget found in the bottom right of your account then click the Ask a question button at the top of the messenger.

Chatting With Support

You'll first be introduced to our incredibly powerful, and highly intelligent, ai bot named Zenbot. The bot will be able to answer most, if not all, of your questions immediately.

However, if you still need to speak to human, just click the Wait for the team ๐Ÿ‘ค button. Someone will help you out as quickly as possible, typically within just a few minutes.

Please note that sometimes we have a backlog, especially over the weekends, so it may take longer a few minutes to receive a response. Rest assured, our team will get your message, and respond back promptly. Once your message is sent, you do not need to remain in the app as you will get an email notification for all messages.

Other Functions

  • Messages

    • All of your messages will be found under this tab. This includes open conversations, closed conversations, etc.

  • Tickets

    • If you have any tickets, all open and closed tickets will appear here. If you do not have any tickets, this tab will not exist. Tickets are only created if our Logistics team needs to reach out to you for more information regarding an order.

  • Help

    • All help articles can be found right inside the messenger.

Everything you need, all at your fingertips. You don't need to leave the app for much which makes things very convenient and efficient for you as a seller.
