The diagram shows why we can’t charge your Shopify account directly. When a customer places an order, Shopify collects the payment and transfers it to you. You can then use those funds to pay Zendrop for the product and shipping. Once paid, Zendrop fulfills the order and ships it to the customer. Since Shopify only sends the payment to you, Zendrop doesn't have access to your store, so order payments must be made on Zendrop. This ensures you stay in control of your store’s payments.
