If you're receiving an error that your phone number is not valid while signing up for Zendrop or placing a sample order, don't worry, this is usually a formatting issue that can be quickly resolved.

Why is my phone number being flagged as incorrect?

Zendrop’s system requires phone numbers to follow a specific format to ensure proper processing, especially for international numbers. If your number is flagged, it may not meet one or more of the input criteria.


Steps to Resolve the Phone Number Error

Follow these simple steps to correct your phone number format:

1. Include Your Country Code

Make sure to enter your phone number with the correct country code at the beginning.

Example: United States

  • Incorrect: 4155551234

  • Correct: +14155551234 or 0014155551234

Example: Australia

  • Incorrect: 0697112093

  • Correct: +61697112093 or 0061697112093

  • Replace the leading 0 with the appropriate country code.

  • You can also use a + sign, e.g., +61..., depending on your device or browser compatibility.

2. Avoid Spaces and Special Characters

Your phone number should be a continuous string of digits, avoid using:

  • Spaces

  • Dashes (-)

  • Parentheses ()

3. Check the Number Length
