If you've received confirmation that your fee was waived but your card is still being charged, this may be due to how Zendrop’s billing system operates, especially if you're on Usage-Based Billing through Shopify. Here's a breakdown of the possible reasons and what you can do:
If You Are on a Usage-Based Billing Plan (UBB)
Zendrop's Usage-Based Billing is based on product activity, not just your subscription status. Charges may still occur due to the following reasons:
1. Pending Charges from a Previous Billing Cycle
Shopify may process invoices that were already generated before you uninstalled Zendrop from your Shopify store.
These pending charges cannot be removed, and any billing updates (such as fee waivers or product unlinking) will only apply to future billing cycles.
2. Preventing Future Charges
Make sure that:
All products are unlinked from your Zendrop account.
The Zendrop app is fully uninstalled from your Shopify store.
How to Uninstall Zendrop from Shopify:
Log in to your Shopify admin.
Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
Find the Zendrop – Dropshipping & POD app.
Hover over it and click Uninstall.
If You Are on a Regular Plan (Plus/Pro)
You can check if your subscription is active by heading over to the "Billing" page within the app. You can downgrade your plan, all you need to do is click the "Downgrade" button as seen in the image attached.
IMPORTANT: If you have already paid, you may be eligible for a refund review within 5 days of payment.
We're committed to making your experience as smooth as possible.
