How to Resolve Sign-In Issues or 'Email Already in Use' Errors on Your Zendrop Account

Troubleshooting steps to successfully log in to your Zendrop account.

Sign-in errors on Zendrop are almost always caused by one of two things: cached browser data creating a login loop, or your email being registered under a different Zendrop account. Both are fixable. Work through the steps below in order.

Step 1: Clear your browser cache and cookies

Cached data is the most common cause of login loops and persistent sign-in banners. In Google Chrome:

  • Click the three dots menu (top right) and go to More tools then Clear browsing data.

  • Or do a hard refresh: press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux) or Command + Shift + R (macOS).

Step 2: Try incognito mode or a different browser

This bypasses stored cookies and confirms whether the issue is browser-specific. Open incognito mode and log in at account.zendrop.com/login.

Step 3: Confirm your email and login credentials

If you can't remember your password, use the Forgot Password link to regain access. Once you're in, use the Add New Store button in your Zendrop account to connect or reconnect your store.

  • Make sure the email you're entering is the one linked to your Zendrop account.

  • You can also use Sign in with Google on the login page if you're unsure which email to use.

Step 4: Reinstall and reconnect your store

If you're seeing a sign-up page instead of the login page, or your store isn't connecting properly, reinstalling the Zendrop app usually fixes it. The steps vary by platform:

Uninstall Zendrop from your store

  • Shopify: In your Shopify admin, go to Apps then App and sales channel settings and click Uninstall next to Zendrop.

  • Wix: From your Wix dashboard, open the App Market, find Zendrop, and select Remove app.

  • TikTok Shop / ClickFunnels: Disconnect the Zendrop integration from your platform's app or integration settings.

Reinstall and reconnect

Fixing repeated sign-up prompts

If you keep hitting a sign-up screen during a free trial or after clicking an install link, a duplicate account was likely created. Here's how to fix it:

  1. Uninstall the Zendrop app from your store platform using the steps above.

  2. Open an incognito window and log in to Zendrop at account.zendrop.com/login.

  3. Reconnect your store using the installation guide for your platform.

Still stuck?

If none of the above works:

  • Record a short video of the issue.

  • Send it to Zendrop's support team so they can investigate.

If you're landing on the sign-up page instead of the login page, you're likely not using the email tied to your Zendrop account. Double-check the email address and try again.

Head to account.zendrop.com/login to try logging in again once you've worked through these steps.
