Zendrop currently displays all product and order prices in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If you sell in euros, pounds, or any other currency on your store, you may notice differences between what appears in Zendrop and what you see on your store platform.
Here’s why and how to easily manage it.
At a Glance
Zendrop supports USD only for product listings, dashboard data, and billing.
Your store’s currency display (EUR, GBP, CAD, etc.) is managed by your e-commerce platform (e.g. Shopify, TikTok Shop).
You can easily align your prices using external currency conversion tools or your store’s built-in conversion features.
Why Zendrop Uses USD
All product costs, subscription plans, and fulfillment charges on Zendrop are calculated and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
This helps us:
Keep product pricing stable across global suppliers
Ensure faster updates to costs and fulfillment rates
Simplify transactions across multiple payment processors
While Zendrop doesn’t currently offer in-app currency conversion, you can still display store prices in your preferred currency using your e-commerce platform’s settings.
How to Align Zendrop Pricing with Your Store Currency
1. Confirm your store’s selling currency
Check your store settings to see which currency you sell in (for example, EUR, GBP, AUD, or CAD).
Shopify: Settings → Store details → Currency
2. Convert Zendrop’s USD prices externally
Use a trusted currency converter like Google Finance or XE.com to see the current exchange rate from USD to your store’s currency.
Example:
If a product costs $10 USD and the USD→EUR rate is 0.93, the equivalent is €9.30 (before your profit margin).
3. Set your retail prices strategically
When listing products in your store, factor in:
Converted product cost in your store’s currency
Shipping fees
Your desired profit margin
A small buffer for exchange rate changes
4. Monitor exchange rates periodically
Exchange rates fluctuate over time.
Review your pricing monthly or quarterly to maintain consistent profit margins.
