Updated over a week ago

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can resolve a wide variety of common issues, including pages not loading correctly, outdated content displaying, login problems, slow performance, or other unexpected behavior in your Zendrop account. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for clearing cache and cookies across the most commonly used browsers on both desktop and mobile devices.

What Are Cache and Cookies?

  • Cache: Temporary files (images, scripts, etc.) that browsers save locally to speed up loading on subsequent visits.

  • Cookies: Small pieces of data stored by websites to remember settings, logins, and preferences.

  • Zendrop pages not loading properly or appearing blank

  • Frequent login issues, unexpected logouts, or repeated sign-in prompts

  • Slow performance, lag, or unresponsive actions within the Zendrop dashboard
