If an order came in through your store, whether you're on Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Wix store, but it's not showing up in your Zendrop dashboard, here's what to do.
Duplicate the order in your store
This is the most reliable fix when an order isn't syncing. Duplicating the order in your store forces it into Zendrop.
Go to your store's order admin (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Wix, etc.) and open the missing order.
Duplicate the order. In Shopify, click More actions → Duplicate.
Save the duplicated order.
Click Collect payment → Mark as paid.
Click Create order.
Go to your Zendrop dashboard → Orders and refresh the page.
The duplicated order should now appear and be ready to fulfill.
Refresh your store's connection to Zendrop
A broken or expired connection between your store and Zendrop can stop orders from syncing. Re-authorizing access often fixes it.
In your Zendrop dashboard, go to Settings → Store and confirm your store is connected. If there's a permissions error or the connection looks inactive, go to your store's app settings, find the Zendrop app, and re-authorize access. Then return to Zendrop → Orders and refresh to see if the order has appeared.
Check if the order was placed before your store was connected
Zendrop only syncs orders that come in after your store is connected. Orders placed before the integration was set up won't appear automatically. Use the duplicate method above to bring those orders into Zendrop manually.
If none of the above resolves it, contact Zendrop support via the in-app chat. Have your store order number and a screenshot of the order ready, this helps the team track it down fast.
