Managing Your Addrop Subscription and Credits

How Addrop subscriptions work, how to view and purchase credits, and what happens when you upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Addrop subscriptions include a monthly allocation of credits for generating AI video ads. If you need more before your subscription renews, you can buy standalone credit packs at any time.

Purchasing an Addrop subscription

  1. Log in to your Zendrop account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Create Ads With AI.

  3. Continue through the onboarding process until you're prompted to choose a subscription plan.

  4. Select the plan that best suits your needs.

  5. Enter your payment details and complete your purchase.

Once your payment is processed, your subscription becomes active and your monthly credits are added to your account immediately.

Viewing your credit balance

You can check your available credits at any time:

  1. From within Addrop, click Credits in the top-right corner of the page.

  2. Select Credits.

  3. Open the Credit History page.

From Credit History, you can see your current balance, credits used, credits added, and your full transaction history.

Purchasing additional credits

If you've used all your monthly credits before your billing cycle renews, you don't have to wait. Buy a standalone credit pack instead:

  1. Open the Credit History page.

  2. Click Purchase More Credits.

  3. Select the credit package you want.

  4. Complete your payment.

Credits are added to your account immediately and are ready to use right away.

Do standalone credits expire?

No. Standalone credits don't expire, they stay on your account until you use them. Unlike your monthly subscription credits, there's no billing cycle tied to them.

Monthly subscription credits refresh each billing cycle. Standalone credits remain available until they're spent.

When do monthly credits expire?

Monthly credits are tied to your billing cycle and refresh on your renewal date. Any unused monthly credits should be used before that date.

For example: if your subscription renews on the 15th, your monthly credits refresh on the 15th. Any remaining monthly credits from the previous period should be used before then. Standalone credits aren't affected, they carry over regardless.

What happens if you run out of credits?

If your monthly credits run out before renewal, you have two options:

  • Purchase a standalone credit pack.

  • Upgrade to a higher subscription plan.

Either way, you don't need to wait until your next billing cycle to keep creating videos.

Upgrading your subscription

Upgrades take effect immediately. The moment you upgrade, your account is updated and the credits from your new plan are added right away.

For example: if you upgrade to the Boost plan halfway through your billing cycle, those Boost plan credits are available immediately.

Newly added subscription credits still follow your existing billing cycle. If you upgrade late in your billing month, those credits expire on your normal renewal date not 30 days from when you upgraded.

Downgrading your subscription

Downgrades work differently. When you downgrade:

  • Your current plan stays active until the end of your existing billing cycle.

  • The downgrade is scheduled automatically.

  • Your new plan starts on your next renewal date.

You keep your current subscription benefits until your billing period ends.
