How Can I Downgrade My Subscription Plan?

How to downgrade your Zendrop subscription.

Zendrop offers two retention incentives before completing a downgrade: a 50% discount on your current plan, then a free month of Plus. Here's how the full process works.

Step-by-step downgrade process

  • Click on the user profile drop-down menu.

  • Select Billing.

  • Click the pencil icon next to your current plan.

  • You will be redirected to the pricing plan page where you can compare different plans.

  • Click on your preferred plan to downgrade.

  • When you initiate the downgrade to a Free plan, a pop-up will appear asking for your feedback.

  • You will be prompted to select a reason for downgrading.

  • If you choose "Something else," you must provide a specific reason. The button to proceed will remain disabled until you enter a reason.

  • After submitting your feedback, you will be directed to a page offering a 50% discount on your membership.

  • If you accept the offer by clicking "Yeah, let’s do it," the 50% discount will be immediately applied to your account.

  • If you decline the 50% discount by selecting "No, thanks," you will receive a second offer: one free month of the Plus plan.

  • A coupon code for the free month will be automatically applied to your account if you accept the offer by clicking "Yes, let’s do it."

Important

  • This downgrade process applies only to users billed through Zendrop and not through Shopify.

  • Once a discount has been applied, you will not be eligible for another discount upon downgrading again unless three months have passed.

  • If you downgrade from the Plus plan to the Pro plan, you'll remain on the Plus plan until the end of your current billing cycle. At the start of the next billing cycle, you'll be downgraded to the Pro plan and charged the full amount of the Pro plan.

  • If you choose to decline, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the current billing cycle. Additionally, if you already received the cancellation discount within the last three months, the feedback form described above will not be shown. Instead, your account will automatically downgrade at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You have an option to cancel the downgrade by clicking on your current plan.

Downgrade when you need to. If your circumstances change, you can always upgrade again from the Billing page.
