How Can I Cancel My Zendrop Subscription and Manage Payment-Related Concerns?

How to cancel Zendrop and manage your payment preferences.

If you need to cancel your Zendrop subscription, whether it's the Usage-Based Billing (UBB) system or the Plus Plan, or adjust your billing, this guide walks you through the process step by step and addresses common concerns.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Downgrade or Transition to the Free Plan

Alternatively, if you are subscribed directly through Zendrop, you can downgrade your plan from the Billing page in the Zendrop app without unlinking products first. This method simplifies the process for users who prefer not to manually unlink products.

  1. Go to the Billing page within the Zendrop app.

  2. Click the pencil icon.

  3. Click the Downgrade to Free Plan button to move your account to the Free plan.

  • Unlinking all products moves your account to the Free plan.

  • Uninstall the Zendrop App (Optional)
If you no longer plan to use Zendrop, you can uninstall the app from your Shopify store. This ensures no further interaction after you transition to the free plan.

Note: Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you reduce your linked products mid-cycle, the changes will only reflect in the following cycle. Ensure you unlink products before the new billing cycle begins to avoid being charged for the current cycle.

2. Detailed Steps to Unlink Products

  1. Log in to your Zendrop account.

  2. Navigate to the My Products section.

  3. Click the Store Listings & Sourcing tab.

  4. For each linked product:

    • Locate the product.

    • Click the three dots (…) menu.

    • Select Unlink.

  5. Repeat until all products are unlinked.

Once all products are unlinked, your account will automatically move to the Free plan.

  • To verify your subscription status, log in to your Zendrop account, navigate to the Billing section, and confirm your current plan details. This ensures your trial or cancellation was successful.

To upgrade your subscription, increase the number of linked products in your store. The system will automatically adjust your billing tier. For a manual upgrade to the Plus plan:

  1. Open the profile dropdown (top-right).

  2. Select Billing.

  3. Find your current plan and click the pencil icon.

  4. Choose the Plus plan on the pricing page.

You’ll pay only the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

3. Confirm Subscription Cancellation

  • After unlinking all products, your account should update to the Free plan in the Billing section.

  • If your plan does not update as expected, contact Zendrop Support to confirm no further charges will occur.

4. Unpaid Balances: Any outstanding balance on your Shopify account must be settled before a new subscription plan can be activated. Failure to pay may result in account suspension, disrupting your store’s operations.

Billing Cycle & Adjustments

  • Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • If you unlink all products, you will not be charged in future cycles.

  • Any charges for the current billing period remain in place and are not refunded.

Refunds and billing policy

Subscription refunds are available within 5 days of the charge date. Shopify invoices cannot be canceled or voided once generated. For full details, see our Refund, Replacement, and Return Policy.
