This is definitely something that Zendrop is able to do, but it is currently exclusive to our high-volume seller program: the Private Agent Program.
The reason why is due to the amount of resources it requires to quote customized products or packaging, it requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and payment upfront, is very risky to store inventory at our warehouse for brand new sellers, etc. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customizations typically starts at a relatively high number of units per variant. Additionally, extra costs may apply depending on the supplier’s pricing.
If you begin generating a high volume of sales whether from a single product or multiple items please reach out to our Customer Success team through the app and provide a screenshot of your order revenue from the past seven days. Our team will review the information, confirm if you qualify, and assist you with arranging a call with our Sales team if applicable.
