To make support faster and more accessible, we’ve developed a self-service system, empowering you to get answers to your questions without waiting in line.

Meet Zenbot: Your Instant Helper

Zenbot, our AI-powered assistant trained by Zendrop experts, is designed to provide immediate answers to your inquiries. Here’s how to use it:

1. Open the In-App Messenger

  • Locate the messenger in your Zendrop app.

  • Click on the “Ask a Question” option.

2. Choose a Category

  • You’ll see categories like Account, Orders, Products, Integrations, and more.

  • Select the category that matches your inquiry.

3. Dive Deeper

  • After selecting a category, explore specific topics.

  • For example, under Orders, you’ll find:

    • Fulfillment

    • Processing & Shipping

    • Tracking

    • Reship My Order

    • Cancel My Order

  • Click on the topic you’re interested in, and Zenbot will provide detailed guidance.

4. Made a Mistake? No Problem!

  • If you’ve chosen the wrong option, click the “Start Over” button to go back and make a new selection.

Other Functions

  • Messages

    • All of your messages will be found under this tab. This includes open conversations, closed conversations, etc.

  • Tickets

    • If you have any tickets, all open and closed tickets will appear here. If you do not have any tickets, this tab will not exist. Tickets are created only when our Logistics team needs to contact you for additional information about an order or assistance with product sourcing.

  • News

    • Stay up-to-date with all our latest news and announcements directly within the messenger!

Knowledge Base

  • Access answers to common questions directly within your Zendrop account.

  • Simply type your inquiry into the Search for Help field, and our extensive Knowledge Base will guide you to the information you need.

Zendrop Academy

  • If you’re on the Plus Plan, explore the Zendrop Academy in the left-hand menu for exclusive resources and insights.
