Zendrop assigns a unique tracking ID to every shipped order. Here's how to find and use it in any situation, whether your store is connected, disconnected, or you've deleted your Zendrop account.
How order tracking works
Once an order ships, Zendrop syncs tracking details with your connected store so they're automatically included in shipping notifications sent to your customers. To keep this running smoothly:
Keep your store connected to Zendrop. The integration handles automatic tracking number updates.
Use Zendrop-synced shipping notifications. Default store shipping notifications include the tracking link so your customers can follow their order.
Tracking an order after your store disconnects
If your store disconnects from Zendrop, you can still track your orders:
Contact Zendrop Support. Reach out and they'll pull the tracking details for your order and send you a tracking link.
Check the tracking link regularly. Use it to monitor the shipment status until it's delivered.
Without a connected store, tracking details won't appear on the Orders page in your Zendrop account. Zendrop Support can bridge that gap.
Tracking after deleting Zendrop
Deactivated or deleted your Zendrop account? You can still track in-progress shipments using the tracking number you received earlier. Here's how:
Enter your tracking number directly into a platform like 17track (Track your order) to check its current status.
Note that shipment details (customs review, estimated delivery date) won't update in Zendrop once your account is deleted.
