Can I Reactivate my Zendrop Account After Deactivation?

A guide to account reactivation.

Changed your mind? Good news, you can reactivate your Zendrop account yourself without contacting support. Just use the password reset flow to get back in.

Deactivation makes your account inactive and stops further billing. Any refunds already in progress will be returned to your original payment method.

How to reactivate your account

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions to reset your password.

  2. Once your password is reset, head to the Zendrop login page and sign back in.

Deactivation makes your account inactive while preserving your data, you can come back anytime. Permanent deletion removes your account and all associated data entirely and is irreversible. If you only want to stop using Zendrop temporarily, deactivation is the right choice.

Once you're back in, you can pick up where you left off and upgrade your subscription whenever you're ready. Review any linked products and integrations before reactivating, if products become active again, charges may apply.

Troubleshooting access issues

If you're having trouble getting back in, run through these checks:

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address associated with your Zendrop account.

  • Use the password reset page if you've forgotten your credentials.

  • Try a different browser or device to rule out cache or technical issues.
