Can I Reactivate my Zendrop Account After Deactivation?

If you’ve previously canceled and deactivated your Zendrop account but now wish to reactivate it, please note that deactivated accounts cannot be reactivated directly. A special reactivation request must be submitted to Zendrop’s Customer Success team.

Steps to Reactivate Your Account

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our Customer Success team through the in-app messenger to request the reactivation of your account.

  2. Visit the Zendrop Login Page: Once reactivated, go to the Zendrop login page using the following link: Zendrop Login Page.

  3. Enter Your Credentials: Input your email address and password. Click the Log In button.

  4. Reset Your Password (If Necessary): If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot Your Password? link on the login page. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.

Deactivation will make your account inactive while preserving your data, allowing you to reactivate it in the future if needed. Permanent deletion, which removes both your account and all associated data, is also available upon request.

Once you successfully log in with your account credentials, you’ll be able to access your Zendrop account and upgrade your subscription whenever you’re ready.

Note: Deactivated accounts cannot be reactivated directly. If you wish to return and your old account can no longer be reactivated, you’ll need to create a new account using a different email address.
