Zendrop offers a flexible range of plans designed to meet the needs of both new and experienced e-commerce sellers. This article explains what you can do with the Free plan, which features require payment, and how Zendrop’s trials, usage-based billing, and cancellations work.
Plans and Pricing
Zendrop currently offers three main subscription plans:
Free Plan: This option simply allows you to log into Zendrop so you can explore the platform and choose the right plan for your needs. It offers very limited access.
Pro Plan: Priced at $49 per month (or $399 per year), the Pro plan unlocks essential features such as automated fulfillment, custom branding, U.S. products, and more.
Plus Plan: At $79 per month (or $549 per year), the Plus plan includes everything in Pro along with advanced tools such as coaching, private listings, and additional support.
Starter Plan: This introductory plan serves as an initial step for users to explore Zendrop's features but provides limited functionality compared to higher-tier plans. It is a transitional option for those aiming to upgrade eventually.
For Shopify users, Zendrop also provides a Usage-Based Billing option. Under this model, your subscription is determined by the highest number of linked products in your store during a billing cycle:
0 linked products: Free
1–20 linked products: $29 per month
21–100 linked products: $49 per month
101+ linked products: $79 per month
It’s important to note that even if you remove products later, you will still be charged based on the peak number of linked products within that cycle.
Trial Options
Zendrop gives new users the opportunity to test features before committing. A three-day risk-free trial is available under the Usage-Based Billing plan. During this period, you can explore all features, link products, and test the platform without charges. If you do not cancel or reduce your linked products to zero before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin.
From time to time, Zendrop also runs promotional trials or limited-time discounts. Be sure to check the pricing page for the most current offers.
What You Can Do on the Free Plan
The Free plan gives you access to the Zendrop platform so you can explore what's available and find the right plan for your business. Here's what you can do:
Browse the full Zendrop product catalog
Review product details, pricing, and shipping costs before committing
Explore the platform and its features at your own pace
Choose the plan that best fits your business needs
Ready to start selling? Importing products to your store, placing orders, and accessing fulfillment services require a paid plan.
Think of the free plan as your exploration space. You can browse and research products freely. When you're ready to link products to your store and start selling, upgrading to a paid plan unlocks everything you need.

Ability to import products into your store
Sample orders to test quality
Automated fulfillment
Custom branding and packaging options
Access to U.S.-based products for faster shipping
Product research tools such as the Trending Product Finder
Private listings and chargeback support
Coaching calls and the Zendrop Academy- Access to the 'Find Products' tab (requires signing up for the free trial)
Billing and Cancellation
At present, Zendrop accepts payment via credit or debit card. Additional methods such as PayPal and ACH are planned for the future.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be charged after the trial?
Yes. Unless you cancel or unlink all products before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.
Can I stay on the Free plan? Yes, but with very limited access. On the free plan (or the UBB free tier with 0 linked products), you can explore the platform, but you cannot import products, link them to your store, or process orders. To start selling, you'll need a paid subscription.
What if I exceed my product limit on a usage-based plan?
You will automatically move into the higher billing bracket for that cycle. Even if you unlink products later, the peak number still applies.
