The Custom Tracking Page allows your customers to track their orders directly on a page branded with your own logo and colors creating a smooth, professional post-purchase experience. Once enabled, customers who receive their shipping confirmation email from Shopify can click their tracking number and be redirected straight to your branded tracking page instead of a carrier website.
This guide walks you through how to set it up inside your Zendrop account.
Where to Find the Custom Tracking Page Settings
Log in to your Zendrop account.
In the top-right corner, click the dropdown arrow next to your name.
Select Tracking from the menu options.
Click Custom tracking page to open the configuration settings.
Step 1 — Enable Your Custom Tracking Page
At the top of the Custom Tracking Page settings, toggle the option to:

When enabled, customers will be redirected to your custom tracking page when they click their tracking number from their shipping confirmation email.
Step 2 — Hide the Origin Country (Optional)
You can choose to hide the origin country in the tracking history.

This hides the country of origin from the visible tracking timeline.
Step 3 — Upload Your Logo
Add your branding by uploading your company logo.
Logo requirements:
Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, WEBP
Maximum file size: 15 MB
Make sure your logo is clear, high-resolution, and fits well on a white or transparent background for the best appearance.
Step 4 — Set Your Brand Color
You can customize the look of your tracking page by selecting your brand color.
How to choose your color:
Click the color palette to pick a color manually
OR enter a hex color code (e.g., #0066FF) for a precise brand match
Your brand color will apply to:
Badges
Status indicators
Progress bars
Timeline highlights
This ensures the tracking page visually matches your store’s identity.
Step 5 — Preview Your Tracking Page
Zendrop provides a live preview so you can see how everything will appear to customers.

How Your Customers Will Use the Custom Tracking Page
Once your custom tracking page is fully set up and your Shopify store has the shipping confirmation email enabled, your customers will be directed to your custom tracking page automatically.
Here’s what your customers will experience:
They receive their shipping confirmation email from Shopify.
They click the tracking number included in the email.
Instead of being sent to a carrier’s website, they are redirected to your branded tracking page.
