How to Enable the Custom Tracking Page on Zendrop

How to add your logo and brand colors to your tracking page.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Custom Tracking Page allows your customers to track their orders directly on a page branded with your own logo and colors creating a smooth, professional post-purchase experience. Once enabled, customers who receive their shipping confirmation email from Shopify can click their tracking number and be redirected straight to your branded tracking page instead of a carrier website.

This guide walks you through how to set it up inside your Zendrop account.

Where to Find the Custom Tracking Page Settings

  1. Log in to your Zendrop account.

  2. In the top-right corner, click the dropdown arrow next to your name.

  3. Select Tracking from the menu options.

  4. Click Custom tracking page to open the configuration settings.

Step 1 — Enable Your Custom Tracking Page

At the top of the Custom Tracking Page settings, toggle the option to:

Enable custom tracking page

When enabled, customers will be redirected to your custom tracking page when they click their tracking number from their shipping confirmation email.

Step 2 — Hide the Origin Country (Optional)

You can choose to hide the origin country in the tracking history.

Hide origin country

  • This hides the country of origin from the visible tracking timeline.

Step 3 — Upload Your Logo

Add your branding by uploading your company logo.

Logo requirements:

  • Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, WEBP

  • Maximum file size: 15 MB

Make sure your logo is clear, high-resolution, and fits well on a white or transparent background for the best appearance.

Step 4 — Set Your Brand Color

You can customize the look of your tracking page by selecting your brand color.

How to choose your color:

  • Click the color palette to pick a color manually

  • OR enter a hex color code (e.g., #0066FF) for a precise brand match

Your brand color will apply to:

  • Badges

  • Status indicators

  • Progress bars

  • Timeline highlights

This ensures the tracking page visually matches your store’s identity.

Step 5 — Preview Your Tracking Page

Zendrop provides a live preview so you can see how everything will appear to customers.

  • Check logo positioning

  • Review color placement

  • Ensure the timeline and tracking steps display the way you want

Make any adjustments before saving.

How Your Customers Will Use the Custom Tracking Page

Once your custom tracking page is fully set up and your Shopify store has the shipping confirmation email enabled, your customers will be directed to your custom tracking page automatically.

Here’s what your customers will experience:

  1. They receive their shipping confirmation email from Shopify.

  2. They click the tracking number included in the email.

  3. Instead of being sent to a carrier’s website, they are redirected to your branded tracking page.

This keeps the post-purchase experience consistent, professional, and aligned with your brand.
