How to Relink Individual Products
Go to Store Listings & Sourcing in your Zendrop dashboard.
Then:
Find the product you want to fix.
Click Link or Source.
Select the correct product from Zendrop’s catalog.
Confirm the match.
If the product isn’t available, use Request a Product to have it sourced for you.
How to Relink Products from Orders
When an order isn’t linked, it won’t move into fulfillment.
