TikTok Shop Products Publishing Without Images or With Only the Zendrop Logo

What to do when products publish to TikTok Shop with no images or with the Zendrop logo as the only image, and how to add the correct images manually while the sync catches up.

When you publish a product from Zendrop to TikTok Shop, the title, price and variants go live right away. In some cases the product images don't transfer in the same pass. Your listing may show no images at all, or only the Zendrop logo as a placeholder where the product photos should be.

This is an intermittent sync timing issue, not a permanent state. Zendrop's team is aware and working to make image transfers consistent. In the meantime, you can get your listing live and looking great in a couple of minutes by uploading the images directly.

How to add images to your published product

  1. Log in to your TikTok Shop Seller Center.

  2. Go to Products → Manage Products and find the product that's missing images.

  3. Open the product and scroll to the Image section.

  4. Upload your product images directly, you can use the same images from your Zendrop product listing.

  5. Save your changes. The product will update immediately with no need to republish.

If the Zendrop logo is the only image, delete it before uploading your product images so it doesn't appear as the main photo.

Images won't re-sync from Zendrop after you've added them manually via TikTok Shop Seller Center. Any future image updates will also need to be applied directly in Seller Center.

Getting images from your Zendrop listing

If you need to pull the product images from Zendrop:

  1. Go to My Products in your Zendrop dashboard.

  2. Find and open the product.

  3. Right-click each image and save it, or copy the image URL to use directly.

What to expect going forward

This issue affects a subset of TikTok Shop publishes and doesn't impact order fulfillment, pricing, or variants, those sync reliably. A fix is in progress. Once resolved, images will transfer automatically on first publish with no manual step needed.

Check your other recently published TikTok Shop listings to confirm images transferred correctly. Any that are missing can be updated using the same steps above.
