How to request a new feature
One of the advantages of the Plus and Usage-Based plans is the ability to request new integrations and features directly.
Upgrade to the Plus plan
Click here for more on how to upgrade to the Plus Plan.
If you’re on the Usage-Based Plan, there’s no need to upgrade, as you already have access to all the benefits of our highest-tier plan.
Access Zendrop Academy
Once on the Plus Plan, navigate to the Zendrop Academy by clicking the option on the left side of your account dashboard.
Request new features
In Zendrop Academy, find and click on the "Request New Features Here!" option.
Click on the "Join" button located at the upper right side of the page to begin.

The more details you provide, the better we can understand your needs. Describe the feature you envision, how it would work, and why it would be beneficial.
After submitting your request, keep an eye on our updates. We often implement suggestions from our community, and your idea could be next!
Feature requests through the support widget
You can now submit a feature request directly through the Zendrop support widget, no need to leave your dashboard!
Here’s how:
Log in to your Zendrop account.
Click the chat icon (bottom-right corner of your dashboard) to open the support widget.
In the widget, scroll to the bottom.
Click “Submit Feature Request” (as shown in the image).
Fill in the details of your request and submit.
Important Note:
First time accessing Zendrop Academy? You'll be redirected to a login page. Click "Continue with Zendrop" and then "Authorize" on the next page to proceed.
