Zendrop subscription charges are directly tied to the number of products linked to your account at the start of each billing cycle. This ensures transparency and a usage-based billing system for customers.
Linked products in Zendrop are items that are connected to your account, either through your import list or active store integrations. To ensure they do not count as linked, you must remove them by selecting 'Unlink' for each item.
Managing linked products in your Zendrop account is essential for maintaining control over your billing and ensuring your account reflects your current needs.
Understanding Subscription Charges
Zendrop calculates billing based on the number of products linked to your account at the beginning of a new billing cycle. For instance, if your billing cycle runs from May 28 to June 27 and you have 22 linked products as of May 28, your charges for this period will reflect that number.
For example, keeping the number of linked products at 20 or fewer allows you to stay within the $29/month Tier 1 plan. The billing system tracks the highest number of linked products during the cycle, which determines the charges.
How to Check the Number of Linked Products
To confirm the number of products linked to your Zendrop account:
Log in to your Zendrop account.
Click on your name in the top-right corner and navigate to the Billing section.
In this section, you will see the following details:
Products in Current Cycle: This displays the count of products linked at the start of the ongoing billing cycle. This count determines your charges for the current cycle.
Current Linked Products: This shows the number of products currently linked to your account. Keep in mind that any changes to the linked product count during the cycle will only affect the next cycle's charges.
By regularly monitoring these details, you can plan and manage your account effectively, ensuring you only pay for what you use. If there are no products linked to your account and your store is disconnected, you won’t incur future usage charges. However, disconnecting your store or unlinking products will not cancel any existing Shopify bills. These actions only prevent future charges from occurring.
