How Does Zendrop Calculate Subscription Charges Based on Linked Products, and How Can I Verify These Counts?

Understanding Usage-Based Billing linked product calculations.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Zendrop subscription charges are directly tied to the number of products linked to your account at the start of each billing cycle. This ensures transparency and a usage-based billing system for customers.

Understanding Subscription Charges

Zendrop calculates billing based on the number of products linked to your account at the beginning of a new billing cycle. For instance, if your billing cycle runs from May 28 to June 27 and you have 22 linked products as of May 28, your charges for this period will reflect that number.

How to Check the Number of Linked Products

To confirm the number of products linked to your Zendrop account:

  1. Log in to your Zendrop account.

  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner and navigate to the Billing section.

  3. In this section, you will see the following details:

    • Products in Current Cycle: This displays the count of products linked at the start of the ongoing billing cycle. This count determines your charges for the current cycle.

    • Current Linked Products: This shows the number of products currently linked to your account. Keep in mind that any changes to the linked product count during the cycle will only affect the next cycle's charges.

By regularly monitoring these details, you can plan and manage your account effectively, ensuring you only pay for what you use.
