Understanding the Orders Page on Zendrop

Everything you need to know about the Zendrop orders page.

We're excited to help you get the most out of your Zendrop experience. Here's everything you need to know about navigating the Orders page:

  1. Log into your Zendrop account.

  2. Click on the Orders tab from the left menu.

Credit Balance:

  • Your credit balance is visible at the top right of your Zendrop account.

  • These credits are included as a bonus in Zendrop's Plus plan and other promotions.

  • You can also top-up your credits using PayPal, PIX, Boleto balance, or a credit card.

  • Click on the Top-Up option to increase your credit balance.

Branding:

  • Create a custom Thank You Card for your brand.

  • When enabled, all future orders will include your thank you card.

  • This feature is supported on paid plans.

Auto Fulfillment:

  • Enable Auto Fulfillment by selecting the drop-down arrow.

  • Auto-Fulfillment: Automates order fulfillment and charges the payment method on file.

  • Daily Fulfillment: Batches orders daily at 7 PM EST, with an option to delay by 24 hours.

Filtering Orders:

  • All: Displays all your orders by default.

  • Unpaid: Filters orders that Zendrop hasn't collected payment for.

  • Link or Source: Filters orders with items not connected to Zendrop. You can link them or request a quote from Zendrop’s team.

  • Issues: Filters orders needing additional action, like missing shipping addresses or unlinked products.

Order Stats and Downloads:

  • Click on the drop-down arrow at the top right of your orders list to download all orders.

Important Note:

You can also download your orders directly from the Billing page.
