Does Zendrop Offer 24/7 Support?

Partially. Zendrop's virtual assistant is available 24/7 on every plan, no wait time, no business hours. Live human agents are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Live chat with a human agent runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Type "Speak with a representative" or "Agent," or select Wait for the team if that option appears.

Outside those hours, the virtual assistant handles most questions right away. If your issue needs a human, describe it in full before closing the chat, the team picks it up at the start of the next business day and can move faster when the details are already there.

Some issues need human investigation: products stuck on "Publishing," orders delayed beyond 3 business days, billing disputes, or sync errors. Include the right details when you reach out and the team can move faster.

  1. Your order number, product name, or account email so the team can locate your case immediately.

  2. A screenshot of any error message you're seeing.

  3. For billing disputes: the charge date and amount so it can be matched against your billing cycle.

Known technical bugs, including product import errors and inventory sync failures, are escalated to the development team. The team follows up once there's an update. No need to re-open your conversation.
